Poptähti Justin Bieber on ollut sosiaalisessa mediassa Danielle-nimellä esiintyneen naisen syytösten kohteina. Daniellan mukaan hän olisi joutunut laulajan suorittaman seksirikoksen kohteeksi ollessaan 21-vuotias.
Daniellan mukaan hän tapasi Bieberin yllätysesiintymisen jälkeen 9. maaliskuuta 2014 Texasin Austinissa. Nainen kertoo sittemmin poistetuissa twiiteissä suostuneensa tapaamaan tähden hänen hotellihuoneessaan. Daniellan mukaan Bieber olisi pakottanut hänet seksiin, vaikka hän yritti vastustella.
Bieber on sittemmin kiistänyt syytökset sosiaalisessa mediassa. Tähden mukaan hän ei ollut Four Seasons -hotellissa kyseisenä päivämääränä, ja osallistui yllätysesiintymiseen silloisen tyttöystävänsä Selena Gomezin kanssa. Bieber jakoi Twitterissä myös ruudunkaappauksia sähköposteistaan ja kuiteista, joiden perusteella hän yöpyi Airbnb-asunnossa ja seuraavana yönä Westin-hotellissa.
– Jokainen syytös seksuaalisesta ahdistelusta täytyy ottaa vakavissaan, ja siksi minun täytyi vastata tähän. Tarina on kuitenkin todistettavasti mahdoton ja sen vuoksi työskentelen Twitterin sekä viranomaisten kanssa aloittaakseni oikeustoimet, Justin Bieber kirjoitti.

In the past 24 hours a new Twitter appeared that told a story of myself involved with sexual abuse on March 9, 2014 in Austin Texas at the Four seasons hotel. I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story. In fact as I will soon show I was never present at that location.

As her story told I did surprise a crowd in Austin at Sxsw where I appeared on stage with my then assistant side stage and sang a few songs. What this person did not know was that I attended that show with my then gf Selena Gomez
